Our Beginning

Inspiration and Founding Story

The Sudan Support Foundation was born out of the urgent need to respond to the devastating impact of the ongoing war in Sudan. Witnessing the displacement of millions and the destruction of communities compelled a group of dedicated individuals to take action.
Inspired by the resilience of the Sudanese people, our founders established a beacon of hope focused on immediate relief and long-term recovery. Together, we strive to empower Sudanese communities and rebuild lives with dignity, peace, and opportunity.

Humanitarian Crisis

Over 7 million people are internally displaced due to conflict and war. More than 25 million people require humanitarian assistance in Sudan.

60% of the population lacks access to basic healthcare services. Preventable diseases account for 45% of deaths in Sudan due to limited medical resources.

Over 60% of the population lives below the poverty line. Unemployment rates in some regions exceed 40%.
